Well located City Hotel

Good check in, the rooms are quite dated but mine was very clean and everything was working. WiFi is good, breakfast is good and the morning reception lady was incredibly helpful with an early breakfast organised and a taxi. Even came outside to wave me off... excellent service.

Pros: Great location in old town Izmir. Family owned property. Very friendly & accomodating family. They take care of parking your car. Walking disrance to Agora, Kermaralti market & konak square. The breakfast was very good & always greeted with a warm friendly smile by the lady in charge of the breakfast. Cons: On the main road, so a lot of traffic noise. Hotel needs a bit of updating, but the location & the good friendly owner family make up for it. Would surely recommend to others.

Its a terrible place and neighborhood to stay at. Room sheets not vlean, pillows smelly. Hasn’t been renovated for so long, mold in bathrooms, small showers.

The property shown in photos is not what reveals. Its an old 1960 building. Reviews are not telling what it really is. The carpets are dirty in passages. Bathrooms smelly. Not is moneys worth at any scale. Blankets you won’t use

According to their photo the hotel was less than expected, though fairly central to my needs. It could certainly benefit from an ongoing refurbishment plan but then I did not see all the rooms or floors or compare it to other so called three star hotels. Value for money it is most certainly, but buyer beware. Escorted to the 4th floor by lift to a dark shabby looking hallway, my double bedded room was far smaller than any I had ever experienced Unhappy when directly asked for 'Bak Sheesh' by my departing escort I gave him all the change in my pocket as it may have been his only income source. Never laid eyes on him again so what I gave him must have been enough for his break. The shower had the most awkward entry and the poorly fitted semi circular doors with bits falling off, were awkward to close. The bits were shelved and once removed by cleaners were not replaced or seen again. The toilet seat had a will of its own, so be a cautious sitter. In need of a total update it served its purpose.and the water temperature and pressure were excellent. I got used to the quirkiness of it all, including the street hstle bustle, and thoroughly enjoyed my daily breakfasts. The staff worked hard to do their jobs and were rewarded accordingly. Would I use it again? Probably not, but then there are so many to choose from, so next time, in six months, it will be a Radisson or Hilton.

Ödediğimiz fiyata göre çok düşük kalıyor otelin imkan ve durumu yani iş için ve geç saatte giriş olduğu için daha aldırış etmeden direkt uyudum biraz daha bakım yapilabilir fiyat performans değil. O fiyata daha iyilerinde kalmıştım. Kahvaltısi normaldi açık büfe olarak bir kaç sıcak çeşit eklenebilir ama onemlide değil idare eder.
