O hotel é limpo, organizado, a grande maioria dos funcionários são simpáticos, desde as camareiras que são solícitas, o funcionário que serve as refeições e fala espanhol e a moça que trabalha com ele são impecáveis, maravilhosos. A internet funcionou mas a televisão do quarto que fiquei não. Escolhi pensão completa e a alimentação servida era excepcional. Uma observação é que no café da manhã eram servidos croissant e pães de queijo, se os deixassem menos tempo no forno seria melhor, pois estavam quase torrados. Amei o hotel e os funcionários e recomendo o local

Hotel de praia sem serviço de praia. Primeiro hotel no mundo que fui que voce precisa pegar a cadeira e guarda-sol na recepção. É o pior é que você precisa levar com o teu carro até a praia que fica a 1km já que eles não tem serviço de leva e traz. Do resto, quartos reformados parcialmente, limpos e staff atenciosos. Não vale o valor da diária

O quarto estava impecável. A equipe de limpeza era muito eficiente. Os atendentes muito educados e com bom humor. O hotel é magnifico. A gastronomia do hotel é o grande destaque: cada alimento é preparado por Chef de cozinha. Comidas que lembram a infância, quando a avó fazia aquelas delícias caseiras.

Hotel impecavel , todos os funcionários sempre alegres e solicitos , não tive nenhum problema , eu e meus filhos amamos os tios da recreação , gostaria de deixar a minha alegria em especial com a atenção e carinho que tiveram com o Rafael ( meu filho mais novo ) ele ficou muito feliz e fala dos tios até agora ! Na piscina e no café da manhã teve uma mulher que não me recordo o nome, mas que fez a nossa hospedagem ser muito satisfatória, nos jantares em especial o Daniel , nos atendeu com muita atenção , estamos nos programando para nossa proxima hospedagem com.voves !

Boa estadia. Quarto amplo, bem limpo, cama excelente e habitação muito aprazível. Serviços de recepção bons e atenciosos. Dois pontos apenas que merecem atenção: Comida (buffet jantar) deixou a desejar... poucas opções de carnes e frutos do mar. Na piscina, especialmente no domingo, as cadeiras espreguiçadeiras e tendas foram arrumadas apenas as 10hrs sendo que nosso check out era as 12 hrs ...Sugestão que este serviço e liberação total da piscina ocorra no maximo diariamente as 08hrs da manha,
