Poderia ter sido perfeita....

O hotel possui estrutura nova e apartamentos modernos, mas a experiência deixou a desejar. O atendimento foi pouco acolhedor, com equipe despreparada e sem informações básicas. O café da manhã foi o ponto mais fraco: itens doces em excesso, opções salgadas de baixa qualidade, reposição desorganizada e equipe sem preparo. A apresentação dos alimentos também não agradou. A TV do quarto dependia de internet, que apresentou instabilidade, o que dificultou o entretenimento para nossa filha de 5 anos — algo que impacta bastante para quem viaja com crianças. Apesar do bom potencial, faltam ajustes importantes na operação e no cuidado com os hóspedes.

Tive uma boa estadia no hotel, especialmente pelo atendimento. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. Gostei do café da manhã. Como ponto de atenção, o quarto em que fiquei estava com um cheiro bastante estranho e persistente, o que causou certo incômodo. Acredito que uma atenção maior à ventilação ou à limpeza profunda poderia resolver isso facilmente. No geral, a receptividade da equipe foi o destaque e merece elogios.

O hotel é lindo e a equipe muito atenciosa! Fui muito bem atendida. Voltaria pelo atendimento da equipe. Porém as televisões do quarto não estavam funcionando direito e a parte do restaurante que era terceirizado não era tão boa. Mas o resto era nota 10! Local lindo!

Bom, mas a balada não poderia acontecer no recinto

Hotel muito bom, porém com um defeito inacreditável. No terraço, onde fica a piscina, realizam baladas noturnas, o que ocasiona ruídos inaceitáveis para um hotel, que em primeiro lugar tem de zelar pelo sono dos hóspedes. Definitivamente uma combinação que não é admissível, hotel e música eletrônica alta!

O local e localização sensacionais. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã sensacional, aos domingos uma boa música para acompanhar o café.. O que ficou abaixo da expectativa foi a distribuição dos ambientes no apartamento. É o famoso denorex: “parece mais não é” … parece grande mais não é.

Boa opção de hotel de praia em Praia Brava

Hotel bem localizado, perto da praia e oferece cadeira, guarda-sol e toalha de praia. Bom café da manhã e estafes bem atenciosos. O que não dá para entender é precisar pegar e devolver secador de cabelo na recepção.

Hotel Boutique mas que deveria ser um 3 estrelas.

Hotel Novo com um ano de operação, mas Boutique está longe pra ele receber essa categoria. Estacionamento pago, mas aonde vc tem que ficar indo atrás do manobrista pois sempre ele está dentro no ar condicionado. Restaurante o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, se pegar o dia que colocaram tudo fresco bem, se der o azar de ficar mais dias vc vai ver os memos itens amanhecidos. Refeição todos os pratos que pedi tive problema, proteína crua, troca dos itens como descrito no cardápio, chamamos a responsável para falar, porém somente um pedido de desculpa nem pra corrigir o erro. Bebidas tem a carta com 10 itens porém só tem disponível 3 opções. Senão tem mão de obra, não tem Knowhow na área fecha é melhor.

Es un hotel que se nota nuevo, excelente infraestructura , muy bien ubicado. Tiene un par de cosas que no me gustaron. El area del desayuno es pequena y bastante limitado para el precio y nivel del hotel. Tienen un sistema de pulseras que se deben usar para abrir la habitación, se la coloca en la muñeca, es muy facil perderla y si se pierde cobran 50 reales. Realmente es un sistema pésimo, podrian tener con los accesos normales con tarjeta que todo hotel tiene.

Excellent Hotel, Location is perfect! Literally in front of Brava Beach, next to bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! It is probably the best hotel I have ever been in Balneario Camboriu! I will definitely come back!
