Excellent service

Good location, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Good size room and the bathroom was a very good size. Very good value for money! The fact that the room was in a different building to the actual hotel. The entrance was very run down and had a very distinctive smell that slightly put me off. It was advertised as 3 beds but we got one double bed and a sofa bed.

Hôtel lamentable j’arrive dans l’hôtel on me dit qu’il est complet et on m’amène dans un autre hôtel ok je ne dis rien. Je suis fatiguée je verrai ça demain. J’arrive dans le fameuse hotel qui n’a rien à voir avec ce que j’ai réservé la chambre est minuscule hors je n’avais pas réservé pour une chambre de ce genre. Le lendemain je demande à changer on me dit que ce n’est pas possible donc je reste là où je suis. Le 3 ieme jour je rentre dans l’hôtel rt je vois mes valises a la réception !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ils se sont permis de toucher à mes affaires sous prétexte ma réservation finissai ce jour mais pas du tout Javais payer pour 11 nuits j’ai dû sortir les documents que j’avais heureusement imprimé pour montrer la preuve. Ils se sont « excusés » et je suis remontée dans la chambre avec mes valises. Chambre petite et sale très sale même. Emplacement top en revanche seul point positif vraiment. Un conseil n’allez pas dans cet hôtel !!!!

Nos cambiaron de hotel por overbooking a otro de la misma empresa (Constantinopolis Hotel). Todo nuevo. Estrenamos todo. Cama, ducha y toallas superb. Almohadas a mejorar. No hacen la habitación cada día. A 5 min andando de Sultanahmet. Por lo demás elección excelente

Мы заказали стандарт номер, по приезду в отеле сказали что номер в подвале и не готов, стали уговаривать нас доплатить 30 евро (за трое суток) и поселить на последний этаж с видом на море (403 номер), пришлось согласиться. Мы с супругой остановились в этом отеле, а папа в соседнем. Они не хотели пускать папу к нам в гости, после сказали "5 минут, потом доплата за третьего человека. Отношение к клиентам плохое.

Rien ne nous a plu. J’avais réservé pour une chambre Budget Room pour 3j qui me paraissait normale depuis plus d’un mois. Arrivé à l’hôtel, le réceptionniste me propose une chambre en sous-sol sans fenêtre alors que cette particularité n’avait pas été mentionnée lors de la réservation. Nous n’avons pas accepté cette chambre, il nous propose de payer d’abord 36€ puis 12€ que nous avons refusé. Il nous exigé de faire un transfert dans un autre hôtel Blue Istanbul qui apparement appartient à la chaine d’hôtel. Il a décidé de faire appel à un taxi sans nous prévenir qu’il a ensuite laissé à notre charge. Ce taxi nous a conduit dans le quartier de l’hôtel et nous a laissé en pleine rue sans nous guider : alors que nous connaissions ni Istanbul ni la langue turque. Nous étions en pleine panique, nous avons fait appel à un commerçant qui nous a porté secours et a appelé plusieurs hôtels dans les environs sans succès et a fini par contacter le réceptionniste qui nous a transfert. Arrivée dans le nouvel hôtel, le nouveau réceptionniste a été très aimable, compréhensif et accueillant. Le reste du séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Good budget hotel.

Check-in process was very poor. Check-in time was 1 pm and our room was not ready until 2:30 pm. Hotel is not far from the Blue Mosque but you have to take a steep hilly road to get there. Overall a good budget hotel.

Отель чистый, персонал приветливый. Расположение отеля очень хорошее - до всего можно дойти пешком. Но имейте в виду, что у них есть номера в подвале, куда вас в первую очередь поселят. В подвале нет окон и нечего открыть для проветривания, спать в таком воздухе тяжело. При просьбе переселить в номер с окном - говорят, что все занято, хотя сайт показывает, что есть свободные номера ))

Dåligt med allt tipsar inye alls . Var försiktig när ni bokar på det hotellet Det är fusk bildet och ni riskera bor på källare med muggel på taket och små djur på sängen. Dåligt bemötande. Bara en av personalen har lite känslan. Tipsar inte alls detta hotellet.

Müffelt extremer Schimmel und schlechte Lage !!

Wir sind in der Nacht gekommen, unsere Zimmer war nicht frei. Haben dafür eine Suite Zimmer bekommen der überall voll verschimmelt war. Am nächsten Tag wolllten wir Zimmer wechseln und alle Zimmer in dem Hotel haben ein Handicap. Entweder Wasserschaden Flecken oder kein Fenster und Muffig und Schimmel. Haben sofort Hotel gewechselt!!

Bonjour, A notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas prête. Nous devions payer un supplément de 70€ pour avoir un chambre à l'étage (selon eux meilleur "standing"). Pour eux, nous méritions une chambre économique en sous sol, nous avons accepté la chambre mais pas de payer les 70€ La 1ère nuit nous avons dormi dans un autre hôtel (l’hôtel leur appartient). Le 2ème jour nous avons eu une chambre dans l'hôtel Seven Days. Le reste du séjour s'est bien passé. Merci

Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Gute Lage wenn man weiß wie man zum Sultanahmet läuft. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sauber bis auf die Fugen die mit Schimmel belegt sind, zB. Waschbecken. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber und gute Aussicht vor allem wenn man Meeresblick hat. Ahmet und seine Kollegen sind sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Den Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nur zum Übernachten gebucht hatte, dabei aber auf Qualität des Zimmers achte und auf die allgemeine Situation des Hotels. Aloha
