I have stayed me and my family in the hotel for 12 days, the whole of the stay was good the staff members are very helpful and friendly, the room is quiet big with a nice balcony and you get a lot of sunlight during the day, the area is very well connected would recommend the hotel for everyone

Propert is very clean, it’s actually 1 month old, staff are pleasant and cooperative, rooms are very clean, cereal AC in the room. Very good experience! Will definitely consider it for next times if I am solo traveler since area is not for families!

The Hotel stands in the heart of Aksaray on a very busy street. It's a new hotel which is really beneficial. It means there is actual, genuine soundproofing, especially from the other rooms. As for outside, if you open the window you will hear the common sounds of the street but it wasn't troublesome for me and I'm extremely noise sensitive. So take that as you will. The room itself has the most wonderful air con. No thunderous old train like noise, just gentle calm heat or cool depending on your needs. The bed is fantastic and very comfortable I rested well. I always have to mention lighting. I don't know what it is called but they have functional room lighting, then a wonderful soft orange low lighting which is easy on the eyes and seems to relax the nervous system. The reception staff are professional, friendly and helpful which makes everything better. There is a lift in the building. There is one eating area, and this is one area which could be improved. It's not a buffet breakfast, rather 3 slices of cucumber, 2 slices of tomatoes 3 different cheeses (2 slices each) a few olives and a cold egg. Bread is as you choose, as is tea. It's a modest breakfast, so you may want to go to Afiyet Lokantasi one street away, good honest food at good honest prices. It will set you up for a good day of exploring/siteseeing/ or business. There are a lot of good places to eat around here. The shower and bathroom were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

First, the booking said that our room had a partial sea view. However, this was not the case. The room we were given was directly on the main street, and so the street noises were annoying during the night. Furthermore, there's no sea anywhere around the hotel building, so I don't know how the booking specified "partial sea view" as there's no sea anywhere around. Second, the electricity kept cutting during our stay (two nights). Third, the AC stopped working on the second day for the whole building, and nothing was done to fix it, at least before we left the hotel. Fourth, although the booking includes free breakfast, it's not a buffet. Plates are prepared (the content was identical in the two days) and you just take your plate as it is. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well-styled (although too small for two persons in our case, there was no place to put the luggage appropriately).

Tout s'est bien passé il y a quelques points à améliorer je suis resté 6 jours à l'hôtel la femme de ménage ne passe pas tous les jours même si ça reste propre il devrait poser la question pour les changements de drap serviette ou papier toilette exemple sinon il reste un hôtel très propre le petit déj aussi il faudra revoir pour les adultes ça passe c'est pas non plus dingue mais pour les petits il y a pas de viennoiserie et pas trop le choix pour ceux qui travaillent à l'hôtel que ça soit réception ou autre sont tous gentils à l'écoute franchement j'ai passé un bon séjour je rentre je recommande fortement

This place is great for the price, recently renovated and clean. The area is bustling with people at all times. Metro and the grand bazaar are within walking distance. I had a problem with my booking because of the app I used for it, but Hatem who works the front desk took care of it, with patience and a smile. Not to mention he was the best concierge, he recommended places to visit that I would not have known about through google.
