Overall the stay was excellent. I give 5 star rating despite the occasional cigarette smell coming in from the vents in the room. Also, optional breakfast is VERY expensive…we knew this before hand, but tried it once. Large selection of buffet options for all appetites. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable 13 night experience. Staff very friendly at front desk, day in, day out. Lots of shopping, malls and food within walking distance. Our housekeeper Güler hanım was a delightful person. Please give her high praise. Will happily stay at this hotel again and refer to everyone as a fantastic option!! Thank you again.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.. the staff couldn’t do enough for me and are all extremely friendly… particularly Ekin who worked at the bar area, was always very helpful and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is in a lovely location in bakirkoy with everything u need on the doorstep.

the hotel is conveniently situated close to all amenities pretty central the staff are polite and professional, but the bar prices are a little steep unfortunately, i had some money go missing from my luggage, this was not noticed till I returned home, i believe that the management should have staff vetted

Excellent location for shops and restaurants

Great location. I used this hotel as a convenient stopover as I arrived late into Istanbul. For the price it's an awesome find. Staff were super helpful about everything. The room was huge! My only issue was the lighting was quite dark in the room. The window faced a wall so not much natural light and there was only one ceiling bulb working. But really this was minor. A great hotel and fantastic location for shops and restaurants.
