Top Lage, Sehr sauber

Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass das Hotel einen neuen Namen hat und jetzt Know Hostel heißt. Ansonsten Top Lage, sehr sauber und sehr hilfreiches Personal. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, es gibt einen Aufzug und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Mooi hotel en zeer vriendelijk personeel

Hotel ziet er mooi en netjes uit. Hotelpersoneel is erg betrokken en vriendelijk. Onlangs verbleven in dit hotel tot gisteren. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen de volgende keer dat ik naar Istanbul ga.

Small hotel in centre of Istanbul

The hotel has an excelent price/quality. The room is comfortable, good wifi, and the breakfast was well-served. The personal was very friendly, welcoming and helpful when we requiered other services.

Zentrale lage super hotel

Wir hatten das family deluxe zimmer mit unsere 2 jährige tochter und es war super auch wirklich grosses zimmer. Unsere tochter hatte genug platz zum spielen rum zu rennen ☺ Sehr freundliches hotelteam. Nur gab es wahrscheinlicg bei der resevierung ein problem und mussten eine nacht vorher aus checken aber die hatten uns ein anderes hotelzimmer reseviert. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen und würden nächstes jahr auch wieder dieses hotel buchen.

Excellent price - quality rate

Nice location near Giulhame Garden. Even if the location is near the T1 tram line, we did not have any problems with the noise. Although the breakfast variety was not large, it is understandable due to the small number of rooms in the hotel, with all the food being always fresh and tasty.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare a piedi tutta Istanbul, ottima la pulizia e il personale. Con poco segnale il wifi e le camere poco insonorizzate e poco oscurate per la notte. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nettes Hotel mit super Lage

Gleich bei Ankunft im Hotel sind wir sehr herzlich vom Personal empfangen worden. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren insgesamt gemütlich und sauber. Das Hotel ist klein, daher nur für einen kurzen Städtetrip geeignet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Manager des Hotels Herr Orhan Özkardes. Wir hatten beim Auschecken Probleme mit einer 1.70m langen Gardinenstange. (Diese wurde am Flughaben beim Check-In nicht akzeptiert). Herr Orhan Özkardes hat uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es ev. zu Problemen kommen könnte. Nach einem kurzen Anruf bei der Airline, ist seine Vermutung tatsächlich bestätigt worden. Trotz Schnee und eisiger Kälte ist er persönlich mit uns zur Post gegangen und hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Stange nach Österreich versandt wird. Wir waren einfach begeistert! Er war stets bemüht und sehr geduldig, da wir aufgrund der Umstände etwas unruhig waren. Wer ein familienfreundliches und sicheres Hotel inkl. zentrale Lage sucht, ist mit Elite Kasseria auf jeden Fall richtig! Top, top top!

Close to Gulhane and Sirkeci Tram Station

This is my second trip to Istanbul and my goal was to dine at the Orient Express restaurant at the Sirkeci train station. Elite Kasseria is the best choice for the price offered and the location. It is a short 5 - 10 minutes' walk to the Sirkeci train station, and even closer is the Gulhane tram stop where you can take the tram to the major sights in Istanbul, like the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia at the Sultanahmet stop. However, if you were to take the metro from the airport it would be a little tricky as there are no metro stations nearby so you will need to change to a tram. The room I booked with two single beds is small so if you have two people with big luggage you might need to fully utilise the floor space. After staying in another country with leaky showers, this room is God-sent, with a clean shower and toilet. The sheets and floor are also pretty clean. Overall, good location, non-fuss and clean.

Stadt Hotel in guter zentraler Lage

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten Raus wo sich eine Baustelle befand die aber nicht zu Beeinträchtigung führte, was nervte waren die Lüftungsanlagen der Nachbar Gebäuden die in der Nacht bei offenen Fenster recht laut waren.

Beautiful place to stay

It's a newly built small bed and breakfast run by a friendly family. The rooms are decorated and designed to a high standard. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The blue eyed lady in the kitchen was really friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent walking distance to all the major attractions. Minutes away from Gulhane station. Wifi was excellent and reliable. All hotels in the heart of the old city are smaller so that's expected. But this place is beautiful and cosy.

الفندق صغير جداً جداً ولا يوجد حتى إستقبال بسبب صغر الفندق لكن الغرفة كبيرة ورائعة ولو عدت ثاني سأسكن به
