Otelcilik sisteminde gün dönümü 05.00 'dan sonradır. 22 Şubat tarihinde sistem günü kapattıktan sonra giriş yapmak isteseydiniz seve seve yardımcı olabilirdik. Fakat 00.00 'den sonra sistem hala 21 Şubat gözüktüğünden dolayı elimizde olmayan sebeplerden kabul edilememiştir. Hotels.com 'dan yapmış olduğunuz rezervasyon iadesiz olduğu için tarafınıza iade edilememiştir. Birkaç gün sonra bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde geçmişe dönük işlem yapılamadığından yardımcı olamadık. Farklı tarihlerdeki rezervasyon taleplerinizde hem konaklama hem fiyat hususunda sizlere özel insiyatif kullanılacağını belirttik. Sizleri otelimizde ağırlayabilmek ümidiyle.
