Cute hotel, with modern rooms. Small but comfortable. Location is excellent. Many shops and restaurants and very close to the ferry. Staff is helpful and polite. I highly recommend it.

Clean

Service and cleanliness are very good. There is someone there 24 hours a day and is very responsive for all your needs. There are a lot of shops, cafe, hookah and bars downstairs. There is also a ferry and bus station close by.

Very centric hotel, in the heart of Ortaköy. Clean, refurbished rooms with AC. 24x7 reception. We enjoyed taking the ferry option to visit old Istanbul, enjoying the views (better than the bus). Although, there is not breakfast option at the property, you can find many options in the area (at walking distance).

For the price, it is a very good and decent hotel. I got a basic room that was clean and quiet. Perfect to relax after a long day of travelling. The bed was very comfortable. Although the area can get loud, you can hear a bit the noise. The neighbourhood Ortaköy is also nice, lots of restaurants and cafes. Special thanks to the staff who was very friendly and helpful!

After an awful experience with another hotel we changed to our hotel to Barfin hotel. What a big difference, the staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul Ortaköy. A few steps ahead is all th ferry boats that take you to different parts of the city, we rarely used a taxi. If your going to Istanbul I highly recommend going to Berfin hotel.

It's in an excellent location, you're basically staying in Ortakoy Square. The bus and ferry are right there if you want to go somewhere outside of Ortakoy. The place is quite small, so if you're looking for a place where you can really spread out or spend a lot of your time, this may not be it. However if you plan on mostly being out and only looking for a spot to shower and sleep, this is perfect.

I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler! Cute, nice area. Staff was nice and very helpful. Hotel manager let us store bags before checkin which was so helpful. Abdul helped me carry my bags to shuttle which was nice because no elevator and cars cant pull up right in front. Ride to airport was 65 euros which I thought was expensive but it was nice and on-time. My air conditioning made a loud intermittent noise so not good for sleeping but my room was quiet besides that. Other person’s hair completely clogged the shower drain which was gross but besides that room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

I went for one night to attend a wedding close to the hotel. It was very unconfortable the access to the hotel and did not had elevator. The shower was very small and the towels too high to reach.

Ich war sehr zufrieden! Mehr als nur ein 2 Sterne Hotel in meinen Augen. Service war freundlich, Zimmer mehr als Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles hat funktioniert. Trotz der Zentralen Lage, war das Hotel Nachts nicht laut. Keine hellhörigen Wände. Ich werde definitiv immer wieder kommen. Danke für alles ☺️
