Great hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe room called Bosphorus--Room 602 on sixth floor. We had a terrace with amazing view looking right at Hagia Sophia, Topkapi to the left, and Blue mosque to the right. Farther left amazing view of the bosphorous. Amazing! Bed was comfy, bathroom very nice and good water pressure with jacuzzi tub. The small elevator only goes to the 6th floor, then 1 flight of stairs to the restaurant/bar. Had outdoor terrace just above our room--really enjoyed drinks on the terrace, and breakfast was very large--very good! We mostly walked from hotel and almost all the good stuff was walking distance within minutes. We did finally walk down to the TI tram at Gulhane--about 7 minute walk, but pretty steep. Went over to Eminonu/walked along Galata bridge and up into spice market--which we liked much better than grand bazaar. Don't miss New Mosque (Yeni Cami) right by this. For going back to hotel on T1 we didn't get off at Gulhane as the walk uphill was steep--kept going around to Sultanahmet station--then walk through the gaps going back towards the hotel--great walk with tons of restaurants along the way--much more interesting and full of sights. This hotel was so well situated for doing everything. The staff were great, constantly offering assistance and guidance. We bought several turkish lamps and other stuff, and got if all within 100 yards of the hotel--and I priced shopped at numerous locations--best deals nearby. Would certainly stay again--thanks. Craig

Everyone was excellent in particular Omer. He was always eager to help and even suggested our dinner cruise. Omer was key in helping us get around everywhere as he explained to us in detail exactly how to get to places. I am looking forward to coming back to Turkey and I would not stay anywhere else but this hotel.

Otel konumu itibariyle merkezi bir konumda, heryere ulaşım imkanı var.Temizlik konusunda daha faza özen gösterilmeli,sadece görünen yerleri temizliyorlar. Temizlik maalesef sadece 3 yıldız. Kahvaltı çok vasat. Personel ise güler yüzlü,samimi ve her an yardıma hazırlar. Orta segmentte bir otel için gayet güzel tavsiye ederim.

Super Lage, Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, Dachterrasse/restaurand mit fantastischem Blick auf die Hagia Sophia. Zimmer, Bad sauber und in gutem Zustand. Etwas hellhörig und bei Zimmer zur Straße bis abends hupen etc. zu hören. Ist aber absolut gut zu ertragen.

Our stay was awesome and special we met Emere he is super friendly he knows his work very well and provided us with a lot of helpful information.. he has an a answer for everything… we had a problem with the bank and the card wasn’t working at checking in .. he gave us the room and told us go have a rest from your flight ,fix your problem with the bank and come down anytime for payment… I’ve never seen such a generous behavior… thank you so much Emere… you are the best .. and definitely will be back to your place and will recommend my friends to stay at arden city hotel. Keep it up

The hotel is in a great location, very handy for most of the key sites. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to the restaurant staff who are very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean and well serviced, the cleaners were a little keen on check out day, make sure to put the do not disturb sign on. Only real downside for me was other guest, noisy and banging doors, loud in corridors and TV on late into the night. Nothing the hotel can do about other guests though. Happy to recommend for aa City break.

Alles war super. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett gewesen. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Sogar bei der Abreise wurde die Route nochmal sehr genau erklärt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag optimal. Es gab eine große Auswahl. Alles in allem 5/5 Sternen!

Staff aimed to please and was very helpful especially with directions. Walking distance to every major sight. Room very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. Thanks for the lovely visit to Istanbul, Michael B.

Man kann gut schlafen, obwohl die Wände sehr dünn sind, es gibt „deutsche“/Austria TV Sender, vom Frühstück wird man satt, ist auch alles frisch, im Bad/der Dusche hat man genügend Platz. Zimmer kann man sich täglich reinigen lassen, Stauballergie sollte man nicht haben. Toilettenpapier und Handtücher bekommt man wenn nötig täglich. Das Hotel kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Istanbul allgemein nicht, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Location is amazing & the staff is great & professional. The room I had however #501 was pretty small and lots of noise during times of the day. Food for breakfast at the rooftop was really good !
