"Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway. All in all, the hotel would be better priced at 300-600$/night max! Not worth over 1k/night, decently not worth the 2k+/night price we paid!"

"BLOOD, URINE, STAINED MATTRESS. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel has earned one. I was allocated Room 105 and was genuinely shocked by the condition of it. The room contained heavily stained carpets and cushions, mould in the bathroom, curtains that did not close properly, evidence of cigar smoke, an unknown substance on the headboard and, most concerningly, visible blood and urine stains on the mattress. The hotel's defence has been that I was offered the opportunity to move rooms. Whilst technically true, I had just arrived for a holiday and did not want to spend my first afternoon unpacking, repacking and moving because the room provided was clearly below an acceptable standard. The situation became far more serious later that evening when the television fell off the wall. At that point I immediately went to reception and requested to be moved as I no longer felt safe in the room. What has disappointed me most is the response afterwards. I contacted the hotel on several occasions seeking a reasonable resolution. I received one reply from Sonia, responded in detail, and then heard nothing further despite sending five additional emails. No acknowledgement, no explanation and no attempt to resolve the complaint. The room I was eventually moved to was perfectly acceptable, which only highlighted how poor Room 105 actually was. Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance and even worse customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel."

"My reservation was initially mixed up, and another guest was checked into the room I had booked, however, the staff resolved the issue quickly and provided me with a similar room. All the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind throughout my stay. The hotel was easily located near the airport, safe, clean and well‑maintained, with beautiful beach views. I also appreciated the easy access to the beach and public transportation, and the fact that it’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall, a fun, pleasant and convenient stay."

"It was a nice location. I had a rooftop pool, which was great and the beach was right in the front. It had the tram right behind the hotel that you could take it right into the city and right to the airport."

"This is an amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom with a side view so you could see the sea. The breakfast was amazing, You can’t get better my second stay here. The hotel is close to the old town, restaurants and shops, Definitely be going back ."

"We had an amazing stay. We were initially booked into a room on the first floor that was just above a busy intersection. When we opened the window, we were assaulted with exhaust and the sounds of traffic. We paid for a sea view, but could only see the sea while standing against the wall at an angle from the window. We asked to be moved higher into the hotel and were accommodated immediately, which also allowed us the sea view we expected. The room was lovely, clean, and most of the staff was fabulous. The hotel is located in a great area, within walking distance of cafes, museums, shopping, and the board walk. The private beach is amazing, but like all beaches in Nice, the beach is rocky, not sandy. We still loved it, but I recommend buying or bringing water shoes. We did not use the restaurants, except on the beach. We tried to eat at the more casual restaurant, but found the hostess and atmosphere were a little too formal for our taste. That was the only place we didn’t feel welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the TV offered a good selection of programming in a variety of languages. The bed was comfortable, and looked as though Philip the Fair could have slept in it. The air conditioning worked well."
