石垣島の中心地から遠いですが、朝は鳥のさえずりで起き、夕方は空に広がる夕焼けを見ながら夜を迎え、セルフでキッチンも自由に使えゆったりとした気分で過ごせました。近くのお食事処、海乃家の自家製ソーセージやワイン、豚しゃぶはオススメです。

静かでリラックスできました。 コロナの影響もあり、周囲の店は営業していませんでしたが、空港から途中に有る食堂があったので助かりました。ジュース屋さんもそこにあります。 それでも周囲がのどかで気持ちもリラックスできます。今回一泊だったので、また改めて訪れたいなと思いました。

実家に帰ったようなホテル

全館バリアフリーです。一人で滞在しましたが、細やかな配慮があり、安心して泊まることができました。珍しい花を見せていただいたり、おすすめの観光地を教えていただいたりしました。 朝食は、体に優しいメニューで、品数も多くて大満足です。 ホテルの方々の温かいおもてなしの気持ちが、私の心と体をリフレッシュさせてくれました。

To tell, I’ve never stayed this hotel. I made a reservation through Hotels.com app and made a trip to sleep over here. When I arrived, I found there is no one in the property. I made a call to the owner and he said he did not put his property on hotels.com and the rooms are all taken by one family. I argued that I made a reservation via hotels.com and I should find a place to sleep over the night because I know no one in Isigaki. He said he is sorry but there is nothing he can do for me... It was not at all professional and irresponsible.

施設の綺麗さ、客室のゆったりした造りと清潔さ、スタッフの皆さんのご対応と優しさ、全てが高評価でした。特にスタッフの皆さんにはお時間を過ぎてまで暖かいご対応をいただきとても幸せな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。 今後の更なるサービスの向上のために、あえて不足点を揚げるとすると以下の点が気になりました。 ①「飲料水の確保(提供)」…昼間のスタッフのいる時間は食堂で頂けば良いのですが、スタッフが休まれた後は飲料水の確保が出来ませんでした。近隣にコンビニのない地域ですし、ホテルの外に出て2~3分歩けばかろうじて自販機はありますが、たまたま水とさんぴん茶は売り切れていました。石垣の水道水は石灰分が多く飲料水にはあまり適していません。昼間に海で遊んだ方や日焼けなどした方は夜とても喉が乾くと思います。是非、ミネラルウォーターの販売やウォーターサーバーの設置をオススメします。アルコール類は無人販売のコーナーがありましたので、ソフトドリンクやおつまみなども簡単に対応できるのではないでしょうか。 ②「ランドリーの充実」…総部屋数が10部屋程度ですから現状の洗濯機2台+乾燥機1台でもなんとか回るのかも知れませんが、夕方チェックインして就寝するまでの時間では他の客とバッティングしてしまいます(洗濯自体を諦めた方もいらっしゃいました)。乾燥機の能力が低いのも要因のひとつです。最近のゲストハウスにある乾燥機だと10分単位で選択できて1人前の洗濯物でしたら10分もしくは20分で乾きますが、こちらの乾燥機は30分単位しか選択できず、しかも乾ききらずもう30分乾燥しました。最近はLCCの利用者も増えているので少しでも荷物の重量を減らしたいので乾燥機の能力はとても大事だと考えます。 ③「駐車場のアクセス」…ホテルの駐車場は中庭を挟んだ隣に位置するのですが、ちゃんとしたアクセス路がなく、一端敷地の外(道路)に出て駐車場に向かわなくてはなりませんでした。皆さんは芝生の上を通り、生け垣の隙間を通り、土の段差を越えて行っていましたが、重たい荷物を持っていたり、小さなお子さん連れには少し厳しいかなと思いました。 ④「スタッフさんの質」…これは良い・悪いと言えるものではありませんが、ホスピタリティという面でもう一息上げられるのでは？と感じた部分です。賄いの女性と本社からのサポートスタッフ(お二方ともご年配)は人間味に溢れ、いつもこちらの気持ちになってお世話をしていただけましたので、本当に幸せなお時間を頂きましたのでサービス自体に悪い評価はありません。ただチェックインの時間についてメールでのやり取りした内容が共有されていなかったのは残念でした。私は何も不具合は生じませんでしたが、共有かができていないとトラブルになるお客さんも出てくるのではと心配になりました。また支配人さんは大人しく優しい方ですが、その分おっしゃっている言葉が聞き取りにくかったり、表情からお気持ちが分かりにくかったりしたので、これも人によっては誤解を生む場面が出てくるかもしれないと、余計な心配をしてしまいました。 ＊施設、設備、客室、清潔さ、スタッフの優しさは本当に良かったので、きっと更なる改善で更に良いホテルになっていかれるものと信じております。是非、また宿泊させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

太陽綠草酒店分兩部分，一是舒適的酒店，另一是民宿式旅館。今次住宿是民宿那部份，整體房間簡單整潔，除了沐浴間太簡陋。門口有巴士站，但没驾車有点不便。而且付近只有一間小小store賣啤酒氣水之類。個人來說喜歡清静也不介意交通，这價格已經不錯。

きれいなゲストハウスです。 本館は素敵なホテルです。 こちらは、よろ遅く、早朝に出たかったので ゲストハウスの方を利用しました。 今人気の明石食堂に割と近いですが、午後4時までなので 夕食は持ち込むか そこそこ遠くまで食べに行く必要があります。
