"Hotel needs to be renavated"

"We weren’t even able to check in here because we got there after midnight and the office with the check in kiosk was locked. The office left us a message two hours prior that we needed to confirm our booking with them to check in, but with the poor cell service in the area, the message didn’t arrive until we got there. We have four kids who were exhausted and needed to sleep, and even though I called the number listed, no one answered. We had to find another hotel and navigate checking in there....

"Such a cool place with super friendly owners. It's a time capsule of a building, from the 70s but miraculously everything looks brand new. I make it a point to stay in vintage motels, and this is by far the cleanest and most well preserved example I've ever seen. The room was also very quiet."

"Jimmie the owner was very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning work, but we wanted to use fresh air. At first the window stuck but Jimmy’s maintenance person. Jeff was able to come to our room and get them opened right away. The beds were comfortable. The water for taking a shower was as hot as anyone would want it. And there was plenty of it. "Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me"
