"Faulty A/C in the room. Hotel wanted to charge more for changing to other room with working A/C. After a short complain, they dropped the extra charge."

"The location was excellent for seeing all the sights but being in the main square there was some noise at night.

"Great location right by the bridge gate, 3-4mins walk to town center, room is very clean , the food is amazing , the best polish food in my entire Poland trip , only draw back is the sink is tiny but manageable."

"Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the renovated section and it felt like we were the first ones staying in that room. Clean, convenient. Fast walk to the main Square."

"So I had stayed there on two different occasions and on the first one the room they put me in was great. It was very clean. The second stay not so much yesterday the staff is helpful. I did show the housekeeping staff the mold that is in the shower and asked to have it cleaned but they only cleaned the floor. The mod did come off when I washed the shower walls myself after."

"Ideal position to visit Old Town and Copernicus House . Great restaurants near by , huge variety and reasonable on prices ( even it was start of peak season ) and close to main river Wisla with its own attractions . Felt very safe and comfortable , clean , functional , spacey room . The breakfast ( included in the price of the room ) was a legend : lots of choice , excellent quality , great presentation , constant attention of the staff and lovely breakfast room in the basement to enjoy...
