"Clean room, great view of the water and will be back."

"Really enjoyed the beautiful lake view outside!"

"This hotel is very tired looking/feeling. It needs a complete refresh head to toe. It is actually hurting the appeal of downtown Kingston as it stands."

"Beautiful landscaping! Did not have the opportunity to sit outdoors and enjoy the gardens or the veranda! Best time to go would be June to Sept to enjoy the outdoor settings. But I still rate a 10!"

"Loved everything about the Inn and Kingston! Will be back!"

"Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. Great location"

"Everything was fine. Perfect location and the price is right, outside of busy season."

"The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful."

"We had a great stay here. We've stayed at other Howard Johnson properties and I think this was the best one. Stylish room, immaculately clean room and front office, and a nice comfy bed. We appreciated the free coffee machine in the office and the many pamphlets and guides to the city and its activities. A particular standout was Pam at the front desk. She was delightful, personable, helpful, cheerful, and warm. We felt like we were being greeted by family. A gem of a person."

"The hotel was in a decent location to get to where we wanted to go. They need to keep on top of room maintenance and supplies."

"A clean hotel with spacious rooms. Unfortunately our TV didn’t work, which was a disappointment, and water didn’t drain well in the bathroom sink. Breakfast was healthy. The employee on the front desk had too much to do for one person - he also had to handle breakfast. Check-in was slow because the employee was tied up on the phone and there was no one else on the desk."

"A newish hotel in excellent condition."
