Very clean room, overall quiet. The overnight front desk worker was very helpful as we had an unexpectedly very late check in after midnight. The breakfast is very limited but there was good hot coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom shower had no hot water pressure. The plumbing fixtures needs replaced. We did not take a shower, but we had to use a wash towel to clean up. Not a great experience. Staff was great.

Other than just needing to be cleaned up, which I believe the upper management staff on site is working on handling, our stay was very nice there! The staff who checked me in deserves five stars! However the cleaning service could use some help.

When walking into the front desk no one was there for 30min. My room was down stairs. The hallway had a funny smell to it. My room it smelled funny. I seen the pictures of this hotel and the rooms was great. I want be coming back. Down stairs side door which is broke so anyone can walk in. Also that glass on the side down is broke. The only good spot was the front desk guy. He was nice . It was loud noise fighting in the hallway

Was happy for a cheap hotel, until the $100 damage deposit was more than the room charge itself. No heads up on that until we were ready to check in. Front desk was apologetic for lack of communication and was very friendly. Rooms need a definite upgrade. Horrible cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire hotel. Beds had extremely thin blankets and flat pillows. But I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for a $80 room, that turned into a $180 room with the refundable deposit. Still waiting for the refund to come as we stayed less than 12 hours in our room just to sleep and get out.

Was inexpensive, but smelled like marijuana the entire time (seems to be an epidemic lately), doors didnt close properly, drains didnt drain properly, sofa bed was pretty worn out. Parking is great, staff is friendly.

Comfortable bed

The bed was very comfortable and the A/C drowned out the highway noise. We slept well. However, being a dog friendly place, there was dog hair in our room on the floor and on the steps and carpets going outside. We also didn’t have towels in our room when we arrived so had to go to the front desk to get some. The closeness to the airport was convenient.

Worst experience ever! 1- smelled like seafood in a bad way. 2-police actively arresting people at the front door 3- 1st room was overall broke(couch, tv, Etc) 4- second room had worst water pressure 5- the entire hotel had horrible smells and beaten up furniture 6- breakfast?? Barely had coffee. They had oatmeal and granola bars……that’s it. 7- Clientele was extra sketchy. I can’t confirm but I’m fairly sure there were multiple prostitutes. Staff was ok but the overall experience was the worst I have ever had. The hotel was outdated and not maintained in anyway shape or form. The good thing about the place was the Air Conditioners.

Staff was polite and kind, easy access. Simple check in. Room was not clean - smashed pizza rolls on the floor, something nasty on the kitchen walls. Missing everything

So rhere was a full kitchenette except there were not any dishes or anything in the room. There wasnt even a trash can in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. There wasnt a hairdryer, even though I myself dont use or need one. The so called breakfast was only prepackaged miffins and granolabars bought from the store so basically no breakfast even though it says they have a breakfast. Other then basically everything that is usually in a hotel room wasnt in this one. But room was nice clean and spacious. Did have a funky smell when i first got the room like someone cooked something funky in there before the checked out. But that was gone after a night and day.

The plank wood floors were so filthy that our shoes stuck to the floor. The sofa bed was missing the mattress. The tub and sink has been painted over and were peeling. The bathroom sink faucet was hard to turn on and off. The beds and towels were clean. The breakfast was slim pickings. Not what we expected.

"It was a convenient distance to the airport." "The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room and absolutely wreaked of smoke." There were two adults with one towel available. We were next to an outside window in which children and their parents were shooting off fireworks and screaming to almost 11 at night. We don't care about fireworks or children having fun; however, the establishment should have stopped the activity earlier in the evening. We had to be up at 4 am to go to the airport.

I saw 3 different rooms and settled on the least offensive due to being later in the night and I was with my kids. The first room smelled disgusting and was dirty. The second room was dirty and the A/C unit was not working. The final room was a little less dirty but the floors still turned my kids feet black. The tub would not drain water so I was given the key to another room just to take a shower. One positive is that the staff was very nice.

Property was in a convenient location for my needs, and was affordable compared to most other hotels, especially since I had a longer stay, one week vs. a night or two. The property is older and not well maintained. Rug at entrance of lobby was dirty for days, large swipes of mud/dirt that could have easily been swept up for a better presentation, but was not. No housekeeping service. Debris left in hallways. Did not feel entirely safe. When I returned to hotel in the evening, I just wanted to get out of my car and into my room as quickly as possible. Despite being a good price point, I will not be returning to this Extended Stay.

There Were Issues

I've stayed here before and this was my worst experience with it. There was no towel or washcloth in the room. The was only one garbage can, a tiny one under the sink. The bathroom door, though functional, was damaged. The towel bar was a bit out of shape (like someone had slipped and grabbed it to catch themselves). There were clumps of long hairs stuck to the walls of the shower/tub. The office chairs were dirty. the other chair and the bed were decent. Considering you had a poster about your cleaning practices, you were not operating up to that standard.

Soap scum in the bathtub. Need to use some elbow grease on that.
Bad tiling. Needs to be replaced. Look at that soap scum on the floor.
Moldy and dirty shower tiles. Needless to say, not taking a shower here.
