"駅から仁川アジアド主競技場の真ん中にある便利なホテル。コンビニも複数あり、食事する店も多い。スタッフさんは親切で丁寧。必要なことを先回りしてやってくれる。清掃スタッフも挨拶してくれて気分が良い。が、基本的にラブホテルなので、それを理解して泊まらないとキツイ。部屋の構造でいうと、風呂にドアがない、トイレがガラス張りで見える、アメニティには通常のホテルにはないアイテムが含まれている。値段を考慮すると、タオルのクオリティや黄ばみは仕方ないと思えるが、椅子の脚にテニスボールが嵌められて滑り止めになっていたのが驚き。スリッパやガウンも着用するには勇気がいる品質。ベッドは硬くて、部屋がとにかく寒い。暖房を高めな温度にしても朝まで凍えた。Wi-Fiはなさそうだった(見つけられず)。コンサート時など寝るだけの利用で細かいことが気にならない方であれば大丈夫かと思います。"

"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. They were napping in the back room. They did store our luggage. Came back later and paid extra to check in early. Staff is very friendly, they don't speak much English but we...

"It didn't even say smoking was allowed, the smell was so bad and I couldn't stop coughing. The hotel wouldn't refund or exchange the room so I left without getting anything. The hotels.com website didn't say it was a smoking room and I didn't get any credit."
