"Very good location: Right next to a T2 tram station.Though not in the city center, it is walkable within 20 -30 min to all major attactions. T2 can get you easily to the airport, the train station, and the bus hub where most tours use as the meeting place. Clean room with modern feel. Very friendly staff. Some good restaurants and eating places nearby frequented by locals. Overall excellent value. "

"This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. (It was 23° and we had walked 10 miles that day so it would have been a nice way to end the day!) Flooring was...

I think it used to be a convent until they didn’t need as many rooms Run by nuns Like everywhere in Italy no screens on windows and there was always one mosquito in the room regardless of how many I killed. "The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Hotel is modern and rooms were well decorated and maintained. Staff was exceptional from the front desk, food services to the daily housekeeping team. Breakfast was lovely. Nearby buses and train but not close enough to hear traffic. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"The room was impeccably clean, to quote my wife, who owns her own cleaning company and is incredibly fussy. So very high praise indeed. The hotel is very well located within 10 to 20 minutes walk of most major sites in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supplying everything except eggs and reasonably priced at €8.00. We have vowed to return to Florence one day and that includes this delightful hotel. "
