The photos are AI but the reality is still ok

Hotel photos are a bit of a catfish, only the pool area looks similar. However in reality it’s ok. Downsides: no bottled water in the rooms (you have to buy it from vending machine) and the rooms are small. Upsides: everything worked in the room, the breakfast is great, and staff are friendly. Perfect location for the major clubs and restaurants - easy to get taxis.

We stayed here as a group of 6 couples for an Ibiza getaway, and it was great value for money. The location near Bossa Beach was perfect—close enough to the action but peaceful when we wanted to chill. The space comfortably accommodated all of us, making it an ideal base for both fun and relaxation. Would definitely return!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot of (the same) options every day. Very busy place with a lot of young people having fun but it was quiet at night to sleep (pool closes at 8 pm). I travelled with my 11-year old autistic and nonverbal son and a friend, and the hotel was still family-friendly. Staff were very friendly too. Nice location. Very close to the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby too to eat and drink. Drinks at the hotel were expensive. Not close enough to the beach by walk, it's better to get a taxi to go to the Ushuaia beach.

Hotel general areas are very modern. Rooms lack a bit of maintenance (e.g. bathrooms are still a bit old). Overall we had a great experience and the front desk staff were super friendly!

The room was significantly outdated and did not match the pictures; only body soap was provided as an amenity. The quality of the food was quite poor, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, restricting the number of drinks at an all-inclusive establishment undermines the essence of the all-inclusive experience. In retrospect, I would have preferred to book only the room, as the all-inclusive experience did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the staff at reception were helpful and courteous, and the location was conveniently close to clubs, beaches, and restaurants.

Great stay.

This is a really big hotel but well staffed so very efficient. Instant check in , good size room and we had no impact from noisy neighbours so slept well in the comfy beds. Breakfast was a busy affair but limitless choice done well and again well managed. The pool is great , the bar and reception areas have a relaxed feel. Good location to stroll to playa en bossa (5mins)and Ibiza town(35 mins) or circa 10euro taxi. All in a great stay. Thank you.

All-inclusive option is insanely good value for money and highly recommend. Hotel room walls are paper-thin so sleep can be difficult. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Overall, good value for the price paid, and would return.

Ants in the room, door locks broken. Bath tub unusable due to no water stopper. Basic breakfast. Location is good. Taxi stand and bus stop at hotel gate. Stains on bed sheets and burnt sheets. No sound proofing. Our balcony door was also broken and could not be locked. Safe in the cabinet is also unusable. Pool area is good.

Staff weren't very friendly (even when I attempted to speak to them in Spanish). Rooms weren't cleaned properly, ie- dirty towels. Food was very poor. However, poolside was nice and free drinks tokens were a nice idea

Waiting 1 hour to check in coz our room was not ready, my room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were quite the opposite – dirty and unkempt. The food left much to be desired, lacking in quality and flavor. Worse restaurants ever! Additionally, the staff were not friendly or helpful, which was disappointing and detracted from my overall stay. I expected better service and amenities for the price.”

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The pool and lobby may look nice and the location is fine. But be aware this is a party hotel with unfriendly staff. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. They were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the airconditioning barely worked. Maybe that is a good thing since they don’t provide blankets. Next to that the walls are made out of cardboard. We actually left the hotel early after already swapping rooms because of people partying in the rooms next to you all night long. You can literally hear every word of their conversation. And if you call the hotels security they get annoyed with you and do anything about it. I would recommend everyone to look for a different hotel. Even if it was half the price i wouldn’t stay here.
