I only chose it because of proximity to airport. The staff at the restaurant were some of the worst I have seen.

Room quality definitely needs improvement!!

Novotel as a brand might be amazing… the food quality is excellent and proximity to airport is the only convenience it has. I had my senior citizen parents and we chose a accessible room … which I believe was a big mistake. It seems like the basic services were lacking.. and washroom was a disaster…. Having said - the dining experience was 5 star!!
