It was a good place to stay for a night but 1 ice machine, that you had to walk the whole property if you were at the end.

Convenient to island transportation. Basic, no frills, price performer. If you just need a place to stay after a long trip, and then catch the boat to one of the islands, this is ok.

check in went smoothly. Room was comfortable, but a little dared. Was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. There were other rooms that did have one.

FILTHY, DISGUSTING DUMP!!
This motel had NOTHING good about it. I was horrified by what we booked. I paid ahead for 3 nights and left at daylight the next morning. It was FILTHY, smelled of dog urine (Spots all over the carpet). It was filled with people living at the motel, kitchen tables outside that they were smoking and drinking at. There was a fight outside our door at around 2am. I was TERRIFIED and hope that no one stays at this place.

Book another hotel!!!
They say no pets, we saw people with dogs on premises. The room smelled like a wet stinky dog. There were stains on bedding and did not look clean. We drove 8 hours to get to this?! I was overwhelmed, we went to CVS for cleaning supplies and air fresheners. However, Hotels.com rep got them to reimburse next 2 nights and we moved hotels.

Met Expectations
I wanted a reasonably priced place to stay that was clean with a pool, and this fit the bill. It was not fancy or totally updated, but it was very clean with an indoor and outdoor pool that are actually heated. It is near everything in Hyannis and the desk staff were very nice. A continental breakfast would be nice, but for the price, this is indeed a very good value. Will return.

It was just ok
It was comfortable enough. The beds were hard but the ac was nice. For the price though at almost $200 a night I was expecting better. The parking lot was loud with people and it felt a little scary at night. On check out day I felt like we were being rushed with housekeeping knocking on our door 3 different times. They brought us clean towels right away when asked and were friendly. I was just expecting more for that price.

Property is within walking distance of the harbor and several restaurants. There were some unsavory characters hanging around the mini mart next door.

I booked on line and picture's looked good, the hotel is older, but rooms were clean and both indoor/outdoor pools were clean. The staff was pleasant and walkable to downtown dining.

Me my mother my son and his gf stayed here for 3 nights . The rooms were clean beds were comfortable and the staff were so very present . It could use some updating but it’s nice and cozy. The pools felt great and were clean and the coffee was awesome

Great motel for the price. Won’t find much better in the mid-cape for the price, however, the area around the hotel is sketchy. Lots of homeless. Not the motels issue more of a town issue. Just a mile and a half away from what is known as “The Triangle or The Wedge of Hyannis”.

If you’re used to staying in fancy hotels, this isn’t for you. But for the price, it was perfect. Sure, it’s old, I’ve seen better wall art, bigger TVs, but it was CLEAN, comfy, good water pressure, didn’t feel the need to wear shoes in the shower and felt fine sitting on the toilet. Btw, great flush. Good housecleaning, free weak coffee. Can’t beat it for the price. Super duper AC. Kept it ice cold.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. We did check on the flush problem and there was simply too much toliet paper used. All it takes is a plunger to fix the situation. Next time please let the staff know about this issue. We search for a leak in the bathroom and could not locate it. While we are an older property, we strive to have the the best valued rooms in the Hyannis area. We are always doing renovations and improving on our rooms so please give us a second chance next time you are in the area again. Thank you.
