"Clean room. Pet friendly. Staff was engaging and friendly with everyone that matched their ethnicity. It was disappointing to be treated with distain and arrogance regarding the published pet policy. Pet friendly yes. People friendly not so much. "

"There was no one there at 3:00 pm to check us in. We arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half before check in. He told me to apply for a refund and there would be no problem. Now I've been told by someone else that we were there before 3, so tough luck and no refunds. This is a terrible place, Dumpy and there were only construction workers staying there. I tried to give business to an older property with local owners, NEVER AGAIN. This place steals your money."

"Wi-Fi was horrible. If you need wifi on business this is not the place. I had to go to a restaurant with Wi-Fi to upload my work. Everything else was satisfactory especially for the price. Biscuits and gravy in morning was nice."
