At Comfort Inn, it is our objective to provide our guests with a comfortable atmosphere and dependable service. We are disappointed to discover that we didn't meet this goal on your recent stay. Please accept my apologies that there was a smell of marijuana in the room you occupied. We are a 100% nonsmoking hotel, and this includes marijuana. In the event that our front desk team receives a report of any smoke smell, our team members try to identify where the s\odor is coming from, contact that guest and remind them we are 100% nonsmoking in all rooms and public areas. Please accept my apologies that this occurred. Please accept my apologies that the indoor pool wasn't at optimal temperature. I will have our maintenance technician adjust the thermostat on the pool heater immediately. Thank you for taking the time to report these items. Thank you Linda, All of us at Comfort Inn & Suites are overjoyed to hear that you enjoyed our hot breakfast buffet and Breakfast to-go bags. We just recently introduced the to-go bags for our guests who are on the run and don't have time to enjoy a sit-down feast. We have had really good feedback on the to-go bags. We're excited that our guests are enjoying them. We have also recently reintroduced our hot evening reception served Sunday through Thursday, with daily options of soup & breadsticks. pulled pork, chicken strips, nachos, and several other tasty menus.
