Maison très ancienne, en travaux et sale.

La maison est très ancienne ce qui n'est pas un problème mais elle est très sale et en travaux : carrelage, plinthes et seuils de porte manquants, espace extérieur en désordre avec des encombrants, extincteur révisé en 2016. Absence totale de ménage entre les locataires : cheveux partout (tiroirs de cuisine, de salle de bain, au sol...) luminons de poussière dans toutes les pièces et sous tous les lits, vaisselle sale et maniques dégoûtantes, boutons de plaque de cuisson dégoûtants. Absence d'aspirateur. 1 seul torchon mis à disposition, très peu de savon et liquide vaisselle... La location n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix et les travaux en cours ne sont pas mentionnés sur l'annonce. Au regard de nos constats et de notre déception, nous avons contacté le propriétaire à notre arrivée. Il a été très réactif et compréhensif. Il a envoyé dans la minute une personne pour trouver une solution. Un dédommagement nous a été proposé. Nous l'avons accepté. Nous avons apprécié ce geste.
