"Best stay I’ve been to so far place was clean property owner was always reachable, all amenities were luxurious and pleasant. Room was spacious we was doing some filming too and the property owner was cool even jumped in part of the video. 😂 Had a great time"

"I have stayed many times because it’s just so clean, hosts so very helpful & friendly, breakfasts super fresh & well cooked. Ample free parking and delightful rural location within very easy reach of Ely, Cambridge, Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds. You are spoilt for choice regarding lovely restaurants/takeouts and sightseeing. It’s wonderful. I return time and time again."

"It says 'basic' in the listing, and it's very cheap, so don't expect the Ritz. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic but clean, and the host was friendly and helpful - check in was easy and quick. Kettle, WiFi and TV in the room. Kebab shop etc nearby. The house and room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. None of the doors - bedroom, bathroom or outer door - felt securely locked. This is a property and area I would not recommend for a solo female traveller."

"Only one member of staff who was pleasant. More of a DIY place. Once grand but terribly run down. We had attic room and stairs very steep. Most odd room with ancient furniture and fittings. Linen and bathroom clean and hot water fine, but not a room I’d recommend!! Breakfast good but wouldn’t return"
