"Fantastic location - central to many of the diverse neighborhoods of Toronto and so convenient to public transport. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the room we had was spacious. Since it is a small hotel it really felt like we lived in the neighborhood rather than being tourists. Useful little study rooms, comfy couches and big enough fridge for people to put their food (labelled). I think the women’s shower room could really be improved as it is extremely small and although there are two showers, there is no way 2 people can squeeze in with their stuff and shower at the same time. "We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."

"I am writing this review to strongly advise against staying at this establishment. My experience was deeply disappointing and, frankly, alarming from the moment I arrived. The state of the property suggests a serious, unmanaged pest issue. Upon entering the building from the parking area, I was immediately greeted by a rat trap in the doorway. As I proceeded to the hallway, there were two more mouse traps visible. Seeing these devices placed throughout public guest areas is completely...
