"This hotel is either new or newly renovated. Very quiet although next time i would request a room on the side away from rt. 223. If you are coming to an Adrian college event, stay here. It’s right across the street. The only complaint is that the mattress was too soft for me, but seemed fine for my husband. The shower floor is very slippery with no grab bars, so be careful. The AC /heat was very quiet. Nice place at a better price than down the street."
"First time staying here, will definitely be back in the future, not just for the hotel but to also try out the campground in the future. Pools big, great fitness room also. Room is the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great for my husband and kiddo, need more gluten free options other than yogurt, coffee, and juices, but it was still a good breakfast."
"When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted, the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me."
"Simple breakfast, every morning is pretty much the same. You need to use microwave to heat up the sandwich and eggs. Swimming pool looked not clean, the water seems green. so we didn’t use it. Staff was friendly, Overall an okay stay."
"The rooms were dirty, the bed mattresses were hard and old. The linens were spotted. The internet wasn’t working and the desk person just said there was nothing they could do. If you are going to stay here for the races at MIS, be prepared to be disappointed!! Additionally, don’t believe them if they say they will issue you a credit."
