Great and well maintained hotel

I had a very pleasant stay. Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the pool and breakfast/cafe area. The hotel is well maintained and not far from the city.

Nice stay, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Clean rooms. Very modern with noce balcony. Staff very accommodating. Only notation is your matress is too hard, need a bit softer, very uncomfortable. Breakfast fried eggs were always served cold. Overall a good stay

A pleasant place with friendly reception staff and comfortable, clean, albeit small rooms. The gym was good and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the breakfast was of very poor quality. Walking towards the city center was fine, but in every other direction, there were many dogs, and I didn’t feel safe.

Very good value.

Good sized room and firm bed and the room itself was clean. Good value for the money and the included garden breakfast at The Yellow Bus was a tasty and very relaxing. One of my favorite free breakfasts. For a newer hotel it seems to be showing it's age a bit quicker than it should however: Chipped counter tops, water stains on the ceiling, very worn and stained carpet in the elevator. Very minor things but noticeable. Overall, a very good value. I would book here again before going back to any of the other budget hotels.

Enjoyable stay all Ok...only intenet access needs

Overall a good quiet and enjoyable stay...the booking reservation included breakfast which was a pretty decent meal in tbe morning...the only issue we had was the internet was not up to current usage people want. We could not stream any tv programs or music which we would have preferred doing. I do not know if higher grade or premium rooms have faster internet as the access to internet was linked to the floor we were on. I think internet needs an upgrade but that costs the property money and I suspect a increased room fee.

UR The Private Hua Hin

UR The Private offers comfort and everything else they claim on their website. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff are very professional, helpful and polite. The breakfast restaurant is very nice with a good menu. They can be used for much more than breakfast for a quiet night in. The gym could use a little upgrade but it is fine for some training if you need to exercise a bit. Pool is nice and clean but not to olympic measurements. A lot of fun can be had there as well. The hotel is in walking distance from downtown Hua Hin or you could take a taxi or Tuk Tuk for 100 Baht. I give UR The Private my highest recommendation as a solo traveller. See you again :-)

Very Nice Property!

Brand New Property very nice room with very friendly staff. Location is good it’s a 60 baht Bolt ride from Walking Street and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Bangkok. They also have Netflix.

Great place, I loved it. Staff were friendly, it was modern and very clean. The restaurant was good, jungle curry magnificent and very reasonable prices. Pool was good. Its a little out of the center but not too far, away from the noise. Would definitely recommend
