Always stop here when in the area.I find the staff friendly and the rooms are cleaned esch day.It is a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Te buffet breakfast is basic but a good choice of Thai and western food . All in all a good hotel and price is good.

Had a lovely stay in a Family Villa for 12 nights, which had it's own private parking. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which was ensuite. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a safe or a wardrobe (but there is a wall rack) All rooms had a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. Large shared space with dining table & chairs, seating for 4 (although not very comfortable) with TV and a large fridge. There are a few plates and bowls (we expected more), cutlery, cups & saucers and hot water dispenser, with tea & coffee provided.

Good value hotel in excellent location.

we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and were housed in the main block furthest from reception. Rooms were smaller than others I have stayed at in area, but came with balcony and decent size shower room. Tea/coffee making means was not available, so we ended up buying a kettle at Lotus store a short drive away. Location was important factor in chosing this hotel. Directly opposite a long beach we often had to ourselves, We loved the pool, which had great setting, and plenty of good quality sunbeds.We found many places to eat, some we could walk to. Most had options to dine inside or accross road on beach. Good food, reasonably priced. Rate included a very good breakfast, including an omlette station, taken in main restaurant. We normally ate lunch there also as extensive menu of consistently good quality at competitive prices. Particulaly liked that there were multiple 'farang' options e.g. pork loin in pepper sauce , chicken cordon blue(?) . Typical cost for 4 thai dishes and 1 farang meal was TBT 1500, and that included 2 large beers. Staff were very welcoming, friendly, particularly housekeeping, who responded very quickly to requests. Only negative was on first night bedding had been laundered but still had stain, was changed quickly. Room generally well kept and clean. Clothes storage was pretty basic, a rack with pole and hangers. But there was a small safe, and dresser drawer to store smaller items in. Bottom line was pleased we tried hotel we spotted on last trip tp B

Beautiful resort

Fantastic resort at a decent price. Value. Location is perfect and an amazing place to stay when travelling south. Would definitely stay again, possibly lingers next time.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel across the road from the beach. Nice clean rooms. Lovely chalets around the pool however we stayed in the hotel block about 100 metres behind. Nice clean rooms with balcony. Nice breakfast if not a great choice of dishes. Ban Krut is a lovely peaceful seaside village and long may it stay that way.

Not recommended - Outdated and expensive for this level of service - Breakfast is of poor quality and the pools are over chlorinated. It seems that there are better and more affordable options in the area.

Super break

I really enjoyed this quiet 4 night break Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Good breakfast looking out across the sea Transport to the train station can be asked for At reception and the journey is about 5 mins. The only complaint was that our accommodation was on the 4th floor. There was only a lift for heavy luggage so we had to climb the stairs Something to consider if you have mobility issues Also the resort cafe closes very early at 8 pm so it’s a long evening if you like a drink or entertainment with your friends

En lugn och skön semester i Ban Krut

En skön semester i Ban Krut. En inte så känd ort bland turister från väst, men uppskattad bland thailändare. De flesta besökare kommer från Thailand, som är på några dagars minisemester. Ban Krut är mycket vackert och lugnt. Efter klockan 20.00 på kvällen närThailändarna har ätit så händer där inte så mycket mer. Man ska njuta av den vackra miljön på dagarna och gå och lägga sig tidigt på kvällarna och relaxa. Inte för alla men jag det är jättefint. Ett måste är att hyra en moped eller cykel för att ta sig runt. En del resorter har cyklar man låna gratis, andra hyr ut. Men för vår del blev det moped.

Das Frühstückstuecksbuffett war früher umfangreicher... mittlerweile gibt's einen Minischrank mit 3 Kleiderbügel....früher gab's nur einen Aufhänger...die Bungalows stehen zu dicht nebeneinander! Der Pool ist zu warm😉

Zum Herunter Fahren

Es war ein 8- tägiger ruhiger Aufenthalt zum Entspannen. In der Umgebung ist wirklich nicht sehr viel los. Das Morgen essen in der Auswahl, sehr bescheiden. Leider! Die Kaffee Spezialitäten des Hotel eigenem Cafe , waren eine schöne Abwechslung.
