"We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. "Rummet var alldeles nymålat efter covidpandemim så jag var första gästen efter öppnandet. Dock saknades fönster i rummet men o övrigt ljudet och fräscht. Hotellet hade även restaurang och erbjöd både frukost, lunch och middag för ett tillägg. Priset på maten var dock minst lika dyrt som ute på restaurangerna i stranden vilket därför lockade mer. "We had a lovely stay at the farm and really enjoyed our time there. The cottages were simple in design but homely and well equipped. There are two cottages and a shared building with seating where breakfast is served. They all look over a small pond and are surrounded by the farm’s fields. "I found the staff to be overly accommodating, courteous and professional. Although I only sampled from the cafe and external bar area, what I did consume was photo worthy and very tasty. Toast with avocado and salmon and dill, divine. A mocha and two types of smoothies, excellent. Room was open and airy and full of light and with a good view to the West. Neighbors were not noisy, but it did seem like the walls could be insulated more to avoid noise crossover. Overall, for what was provided vs. the price, I would definitely recommend. Khao Takiab area itself is wonderful."
