"Very nice 2-month-old property. Eazy to find, very clean, spacious rooms. Air conditioner was good and strong. No humidity in the room. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed was big and spacious and clean. It was too soft for my old back and i did not rest well. Other than that, everthing was perfect."

"I booked this hotel because it was a convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely nice, however the hotel is in desperate need of an update. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting, smelled mold and mildew. With the humidity in Texas you would think they would not have it at all?! Also, the pool was full of termites along with the hot tub which was very green and run down. "

"The ad said smoking/non smoking. My receipt reflected the same. When I got to the motel I requested a non smoking room. I was told that is not what I booked, I had booked a smoking room and they could not change the room because they were too booked. I looked on hotels.com and there was a non smoking room available. I pointed this out and was told I could book that non smoking room listed, but they would not give me a non smoking room and they would not refund me for the one I had already book. Worst customer service ever "
