The room smells, wet carpet and changed twice and the smells was the same

There were stains on several places on the blanket and bed sheets. I wanted to complain, but it was too late time, so I just put up with it The towels were also haphazardly hung and not neatly arranged This was the first time I've had such an experience at a hotel

I needed a quick place to stay for one night in Houston. I checked in and the lobby was very damp and smelt gross. I figured it was from the construction being done. The room was freezing cold when we walked in and after letting it warm up a bit, it seems the AC was on to keep the moisture down. The room smelt bad but since it was just one night I felt like we could move past the smell and use room spray. When it came time for bed, the sheets on one of the beds had piles of those little fabric balls. Called for new sheets, no one was available to remake the bed so my daughter and I shared one bed. Pillows were uncomfortable and had a bad smell. The shower had body hair along the tub edge which wouldn’t wash away because it was sealed in with caulking. If it was not for just one night stay, I would have canceled my stay and left to go elsewhere.

Escogí esta propiedad porque visitaría el outlet de Katy Mills para hacer diversas compras. Este era el hotel a pie más cercano a la propiedad y no me arrepiento, me encanto. Disfruté las instalaciones y el amplio cuarto, está muy limpio, descansé muy bien, el desayuno en la mañana está perfecto y el área de ejercicio pequeña pero funcional. Si tuviera que regresar en un futuro me hospedaría aquí sin pensarlo

I rented two separate rooms and both rooms had a very strong smell of mould. We switched rooms but the smell was kinda weak. The room was dusty I had to go to the store to buy cleaning agents. On our last night we saw a cockroche.

Super clean, spacious rooms equipped with toiletries and all the necessary things you could need. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they are always being repelished by service staff. Hotel is newly renovated and great. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

It was a good hotel for the price. The area has lots of dining options. Checking in was very confusing and took a long time even though i had reservations.

New hotel, great comfortable beds. But disappointing breakfast…We were there 4 days and the breakfast was exactly the same. Usually they alternate proteins and some items. However all the staff was friendly and provided great service
