Hotel was located in an area where there were plenty of restaurants and such nearby. The location was great for what I needed while in the area.

The building is under construction, but aside from that the staff here is amazing. They do have a small breakfast available every morning. It’s very clean with large rooms. The pool is clean and very enjoyable!

This property is terrible. Gps my way here and the hotel looked like it needed renovation. Pool was looking like a SWAMP. Hot tub was even worse. Rusty looking around the sides and inside. I never checked in and

The hotel is going through renovations and has very limited staff. Staff was excellent and knew their challenges. This should not have offered to me as an option. I demand refund of my stay.

I liked that the room had two beds and a sofa bed. I didn't like that the toilet kept getting clogged, the people next door were smoking marijuana and smelled a lot, and that there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

Just ok stay

Room was ok clean and the hotel was quiet butcalled front desk a couple of times because remote to TV didn't work nobody picked up. The stay was relaxing.

The room was decent. Bed was comfortable enough, but bring your own pillows! The staff is friendly if you catch them on the counter or phone. There is one young dude he’s a soft talker with a heavy accent so have a pen and paper and a quiet room ready if you call he’s cool though. There was a leak in front of the elevator on the second floor not a deal breaker for me but for someone it’s worth the knowledge.

This is not a Comfort Suites & Inn, the implies that it is. The location is great, that is why I chose it, but this is also were any positive recommendations stop. This Hotel is quite possibly the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in, we paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms and left after one night and came home. I seldom post negative reviews but this place needs to be cleaned up.

Very unclean

First off the pictures are extremely misleading they did not show the true story of how unclean this hotel is. I appreciate the hotel’s efforts to allow me to cancel one of my nights as me and my wife were slated to stay 2 nights. The individual working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. But I will by no means recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

The check-in was smooth though we checked very late but our room was kept for us. Room cleanliness was nice too. All the promised amenities were delivered. the only thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the corridor carpet. There were visible stains on it and looks as if it has been washed for years. Rest was all fine. Good value for money.

Good but a little rough!

Bed was comfortable and the hot water works great.. almost too good. The lobby was very nice but the elevators were out of service, Business/ computer room was not operational. Hotel needs lots of TLC which it looked like they may be in the process of.

The property manager is letting their staff down not keeping up with this building. First walked in the lobby to a gas smell, stained and unkept carpets, got to the room and the headboard and door had some kind of dried liquid, asked for the janitorial maintenance log and they did not have one . Went and got supplies to clean the room my self. Found roach in the room the morning I left. The staff is great and attentive tho , I had no issues with staff.

They were not clean every room they swapped me in had roaches and the tub didn’t not drain properly. The breakfast was not good. And it was roaches in the elevator also. The sheets on the beds were not clean. I found another person belongings under a table so that let me know they didn’t clean and a sock was under the sheets from someone before me.

So I didn’t properly map the area and that’s my fault. It’s on brand for a property that close to the freeway. Floors in the restroom and living/bedroom area were filthy. Sheets had stains, but I slept in my clothes and put a jacket over the pillows so it was fine. Towels seemed clean and fresh so that’s a good point. Never saw a roach. They repaired many holes in the walls so when/if they paint the whole room it will look better. Bed was sunken in and there were white “stains” on the couch and chair- maybe that suite was a honeymoon suite idk. I sanitized the desk and that black leather chair- no issues with those. Hot showers were great. To recap: for a motel by the freeway it’s average, will I return? Absolutely not.
