I’d be honest…based on the reviews I did expect better, but it was okay for a short stay. We had to change rooms around midnight, once we realized we didn’t have hot water. Our new room was clean, hot water worked, but the ac unit sounded so loud every time it came on. The staff were friendly. Amenities were plenty. Area was safe and quiet.

Clean room, soft towels and comfortable bed. Bathroom was decent size. Clean closet. The kitchen was clean. No breakfast served. Cold full size refrigerator and microwave. Easy to use stove top. The area was safe. Hotel parking lot was secure and safe. Near the I-10 for easy access to the expressway. Number of restaurants nearby. 20 minutes from Hobby Airport and 15-20 minutes to Houston downtown.

Stay itself was good. At check in you have a person in training keeping asking for my ID and apologizing but when I ask what's the problem you state nothing to everything is fine. Why would the trainer leave the trainee and you see someone checking in. There was no hot water in my room from the sink to the shower.

Very comfortable bed. The rooms were very clean and nice. I was glad that the staff was honest and helped me recover my daughter’s tablet. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back in June. The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.

The hotel was easy to find and I only about 15 mins from the city. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had everything you needed for lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and gave us extra towels and things when we asked. I also liked the fact they were pet friendly.

The room was clean and cozy. I loved how soft the mattress was but I didn’t like that there wasn’t any hot water to take a shower so I couldn’t wash my hair. The cold bath was semi bearable but a quick bath.
