"I was in town because a family member was in the hospital. The staff were very helpful cleaning the room when I was out so I could stay in the room and relax between odd times I did not need to be at the hospital. Breakfast was more than adequate and I'll admit that the cookies at the desk helped too since I missed a few meals to stay at the hospital. The drive thru approach to the front door with the cart was convenient during arrival and leaving. Note the shower and bath were clean and the updated fixtures (shower head on a snake) made it easier to get truly clean. Note that I walk with a cane and everything was accessible and the elevator made treks from the room to my vehicle easy. There was parking (and handicapped parking) near the front entrance that was well lit. All and all a nice place to stay."

"Wished we had stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the river, but still was a great place to stay. The restaurant served a great breakfast. We were just needing a place to stay for the night on our road trip, but so glad we stayed here. The room we stayed in had bunk beds. We could've picked another room, but just for the fun of it, pick the bunk bed room. So glad we picked this place to stay. Staff was very helpful. Just wished we had stayed another night so we could've gone swimming. We will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Every staff person was so helpful, friendly, and enjoyed their job. They often worked in teams of at least 2 or more. It really is the very best of the best for every feature from pools, stores, restaurants, rooms, landscaping, rooms, views, and wildlife. Top A+. Don't hesitate to spend on this place, you can't go wrong."

"Rooms were clean and newer. Space was very well laid out and beds and pillows were so comfortable. Liked being away from crowds but close enough to easily access the Downtown area. Continental breakfast was very good with a variety of food selections."

"The room was very clean and well kept. The outdoor portion of the property was not well maintained with trash next to the curbs in the parking lot. The staff was most helpful and friendly ~ a great asset. Checkin was easy and the room easy to find and access."

"The reception staff was so helpful and upgraded our rooms without us asking. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to warm up after a day of rafting. They helped us figure out the TV channels and the attitude was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are updated-ish but I’ve stayed in a lot more “modern” looking rooms where the staff was not at all pleasant. Overall, the reception and management people made this stay memorable in a very positive way."
