"I liked that it had some benefits with the Halekulani such as signing meals to your room and a great place for Uber drop offs. I also liked that you could ask for all these amenities like water bottles, beach bag with beach towels, slippers, and more."

"Well before we arrived we got a text claiming there are smoke/vape monitors in all the rooms, but they didn’t violate any privacy laws which gives you the impression they have cameras in the room. When we arrived the couple next to us was arguing with the front desk agent about the $500 charge they were given for smoking in the room, even though they claimed they had not smoked in the room. The front desk agent looked annoyed we were there and was about as welcoming as a sandpaper toothbrush. We checked in then to be reminded once again of the $500 they were going to charge us if we smoked or vaped in the room. Making it feel like less of a “smoke free” policy and more like a predatory charge practice or invasion of privacy. We got to our room, the bed was made but there was hair and mold in the shower. We couldn’t adjust the AC so the room was hot and humid making it difficult to sleep. We had a decent view of the ocean which was the properties only redeeming quality. "

"The hotel is beautiful well located, the staff is out of this world amazing and they have activities all day long to make sure everyone is busy. I was very surprised how amazing it is. Super happy about my stay."

"We took my blind dad this past weekend, and the hotel was very accommodating! Also very offering of help. Wheelchair accessible everywhere we went. Great food, a lot to do, lots of shopping, Friday night Luau and fireworks . My only issue is that that parking and resort fees added another 800 to our 3 night stay when we checked out which was surprising but as long as you’re aware of that, this hotel is a great choice! "
