"Good room, a corner room with small desk, well planned and comfortable. A bonus was a microwave oven and counter (as well as a standard mini refrigerator). Good bathroom."
"The hotel offers a value alternative to the other chain hotels in Hong Kong. The location is not the most convenient for shopping or nice restaurants, but taxis are always available. The harbor view rooms have been recently redone vs the city view rooms which are showing their age. Also the city view room had a damp AC smell. The hotel restaurant had a nice breakfast and dinner buffets plus an a la cart menu.
The major issue I had was when booking a reservation online I accidentally entered the wrong date and clicked confirmed before realizing it. I canceled the reservation and rebooked for the correct dates. After my arrival and speaking with hotel management they refused to refund my $500 USD for the wrong dates!!! I will not be staying at this hotel again."
"The hotel is a bit dated but it’s situated at a prime location in Causeway Bay near to the central library and across from the Victoria park. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"Great location, close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants. Clean room and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again."
"We had a fabulous 3 night stay at this hotel. Location and facilities were excellent but the best thing about it was the wonderful staff. Customer service was off the scale.
If I come back to HK, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
"It’s seen better days .
Only positives - staffing very friendly dealing with hordes of people, Starbucks (!), great place to just drop things off and venture into city, great place to take photos.
Otherwise, I booked a city view (windows were dirty), elevators were hit and miss (my elevator card didn’t work the first day and staff had a really long queue), dark hallways, smelled of strong cleaning detergent, and the bed felt like lying on sheetrock. I wouldn’t stay here again…"
