"We stay at this hotel often. There has been a steady decline in. How well it’s maintained and monitored. I won’t choose this hotel again unless it’s a last resort until they bring it back up to standard."

"My expectations were different when I booked it by just seeing pictures it was looking bit ok. But when I experienced it, there were so many things that suppose to be bit reasonable but were not up to the mark. Do not go on pictures read previous comments before booking it. I neglected comments and booked it but I was wrong."

"After calling in ahead of time to ask if air conditioning was operational in rooms in 34-40 C heat and assured all was well, we experienced VERY poorly working a/c with no assistance to fix the issue after complaining. Our stay was uncomfortable; we were unable to sleep in the warm room. The facilities were not well maintained/ cleaned during a busy weekend while several sports teams were staying at the hotel. As well, the maintenance person who supposedly tried to fix the a/c in our absence...

"This is a fave hotel for our family. It is reasonably priced, the pool and slides are great for young kids, the attached pub has decent food (a little pricey), and the staff are fantastic. The rooms are always clean and well taken care of and the staff are honestly some of the best and I travel a lot for work. Definitely recommend it. "

"I arrived at the hotel to check in and when I presented my debit card, I was informed they do not take debit as payment! They only take credit cards! I found this very inconvenient. I had my mother's credit card to use in an emergency, but as she was not traveling with me, they would not accept it without her written authorization. Verbal authorization was not good enough either. It had to be a signed authorization through email. A huge inconvenience."

"The overall experience was good, i was super busy to check out fitness centre or swimming pool. The breakfast was buffet style, no gripes about it."
