"Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable."

Warm items (e.g. scrambled eggs) was cold due to no heated displayplate. Cold items (e.g. cheese and ham) were warm, due to no cold displaytray. I had breakfast at 9.00 am, and the cheese was warm, hard and had started to curl up. Not a very pleasant sight. If no improvement, I have to eat my breakfast elsewhere."

"Definitely not premium. More like cost-cutting central. In the restaurant they have ready meals they re-heat and serve to guests. For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen.
