Liked: Communication
No shuttle available from airport without paying a large fee. We were offered free shuttle to airport but didn’t need it. We arrived early before check in. While we were accommodated with early check in, we were not allowed to wait in apartment lobby. We waited outside in the heat for an hour and half. Upon leaving, we waited five minutes in lobby for the other part of our party to come down elevator, we were told by security guards that there is no waiting with luggage in lobby. I paid for two apartments because we had 7 people. All I wanted to do was wait for the rest of my party to come down elevator.
