Room was very nice, but needs some maintenance. Towel holder on the door missing and wall paper peeling. However, still a nice and quiet room. Parking was onsite, free, and accessible. Overall, hotel was very beautiful and is right on the river.

Beautiful hotel. Situated by Kuma River, the sound of the water and the view from the room overlooking the river is giving peace and tranquility. Absolutely loved the quality of the onsen, which reminded me of the reddish colour and the mineral deposits from that of Tokachigawa onsen. We were served with yummy continental breakfast, but hoped half board would be an option on the booking site. A supermarket is right across the road. Lovely staff, always smiley.

球磨川に面した老舗旅館。災害を乗り越えた皆さまに感謝して宿泊しました。川にのまれた1回部分、とても素敵にリニューアルされていました。二階のレストラン六階の大浴場も清潔でとても綺麗でした。 いろいろな所におしゃれな椅子が配置されていて、街や球磨川をのんびり眺められます。ロビー前には足湯コーナーもあります。コンビニや居酒屋さんも近く、スーパーは目の前。充実の旅が出来ました。

また泊まりたい温泉宿です

人吉観光で2泊させていただきました。お部屋は広く、窓からの球磨川の眺めは最高です。温泉はトロンとした柔らかいお湯です。食事は1日目はセットメニュー、2日目はビュッフェでした。お客さんの人数によって変わるのかも。どちらもとても美味しかったです。フロントの対応も丁寧でよかったです。エレベーター内が暑かったのだけ気になりました。
