こども用のベヒーカーありますか？と　フロントに聞いたのですが　　3個しか準備してないので　早い者勝ちです。と言われました～ 行って　ベヒーカー無かったら無理なので　持っていき　持ち上げて階段をおりました。 他の人をみると　小さい子がいる家族は抱っこした状態でごはんを食べてました。

【一長一短なホテル】部屋の清掃床下はやや微妙と、クレーンゲームのアーム力弱く景品取れない。

①車がないと行けない場所。 ②オーシャンビューが施設から味わえる場所にある。部屋からもバルコニーから景色味わえる部屋を選べば見れる。 ③温泉は、日で男女入れ替わりで エントランス入り口が左右変わる。 ④クレーンゲームは、アーム力無さすぎ 景品は、ドラえもん、クマモン、絶対取れない。取らせる気がない詐欺レベル。 ⑤カラオケ、卓球、マッサージ機、 パソコン、マンガ、子ども遊具あります。 ⑥部屋は、ソファー下やベッド下は、 清掃していないと思う。お菓子のくず、 ホコリが見受けられた。 ⑦バイキングは、魚、肉、野菜、デザート、汁、ご飯、カレー、いろいろある。

It's a huge hotel Japanese style with spa. The meals are buffet style with a wide variety of dishes and a gas cooker on the table. Price/value is great but if you dislike big crowds, then this is not the place for you.

愉快リゾートが好きな人には良いかも。私たちはダメでした。

愉快リゾートへの宿泊は初めてだったので、サービスについては他の愉快リゾートとは比較できないが、自分たちはターゲットではなかったと感じた。 駐車場:敷地内にあるが、早めに停めないとフロントから離れたところしかなく、舗装されていないところもあるので、雨の日は注意 エレベーター:別館もあるのに2台しかない。コロナの影響で4人しか乗れず、混んでて最悪 大浴場:塩素臭く、しかも部屋から遠くて湯冷めした 部屋:ツインに泊まったが、フロントからもお風呂からも遠く、部屋に風呂もついていないので最悪。しかも大浴場が覗ける角度だった。ベランダの柵も低く、安全対策が取られていない 食事:マナーが悪く、コロナ対策も適当だった。子どもたちが走り回って料理をこぼし、食べ残しもたくさん出ていて悲しくなった サービス:卓球やカラオケや漫画がフリーサービスなのは良いが、予約が取れなかったり、予約がキャンセルされているかわからないのがダメ 総合:すべて客に任せて、ホテルとして一切サービスしていない。自分たちで好き勝手するには良いが、ゆっくりしたい、サービスを請けたい人には不向きです。とはいえ、平戸には選択肢が少ないのでどうしようもないかもしれない。

Great but the rooms need to be modernized

Every thing was perfect except that the hotel is kind of old and room may already need renovations to make it look modern and luxurious. The room is spacious but lacks electrical outlets close to bed for the phone and other gadgets and lighting for sleeping.
