My son and I had an amazing stay. Beautiful, spacious Japanese-style room, great personal service, delicious daily inclusive breakfasts. When in Hirado we will definitely stay here again.

The staff was really kind. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment about that. The onsen outdoors had a magnificent view of the castle. The hotel was well situated, walking distance from centre. However, the hotel was worn out, had a tired feeling. The carpets weren’t clean and it all needs a refurb. But the staff was lovely and very accommodating.

ホテルは3棟あって、ややこしい構造ですが、チェックインの時に親切に教えてくれるので、迷わずに大浴場に行けました。部屋は広くてきれいです。大浴場は夜0時迄で、23時に行ったら誰もおらず快適でした。観光の主要施設は徒歩圏内で平戸桟橋バスターミナルから近く便利なホテルです。

生月・平戸市内を観光するために宿泊しました。駐車場は無料で、昼間は駐車場の案内係の人がいてとても助かりました。チェックイン時のスタッフの対応もスムーズ。露天風呂も内風呂も眺めがよくて満足。朝食ブッフェはアジフライとカレーが美味しかった。ひとつだけ残念なのはお部屋のエアコンの駆動音がうるさかったこと。施設は古いけど掃除はきちんとされていたし、朝食付きで1人1泊1万円いかなかったので、立地やコスパを考えると妥当です。ちなみに平戸市内は車がないと移動は大変だと思うので、こちらも車で来たほうが無難です。

昔ながらの大型旅館、というイメージ通りの旅館でした。年季入っているのがいろいろなところに感じる設備・備品でしたが、手入れされていて清潔感ありました。部屋から海・平戸城が見える眺望は抜群で開放感ありました。 大浴場も三つあり、子供たち（9歳、12歳）はそれぞれのお風呂に満足していました。朝風呂に行ったらたまたま貸切状態で、きれいな朝日が見えたのもよい思い出です。 朝ごはんも、魚や地元ならではのおかずもあって、子供たちが満足していたので◎です。宿から街まで公園を抜けて降りていく小径が風情あってとてもよいです。トータル的に期待をかなり上回ってくれました。

昭和タイプの温泉旅館としては充実している。しかし、平戸港が一望できる尾根に位置していながら、３棟が重なるように建っているので、一部屋一泊17000円程度払ったのにも関わらず、窓からは隣の建物の壁しか見えない環境には若干失望した。あと、ネットの速度が検索作業が実質不可能はほど遅い。ネット環境の改善は至急の課題であるように思われる。
