"The people who worked here were great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be upgraded, it felt very dirty. The hallways are very dark and it was so loud at all times of the night. Very little sound proofing. Rust in the bathroom and paint chipping in the bathtub. "

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come back! As soon as we touched down from Punta Cana, we immediately made the 4 hour drive to come back. "
