The staff was very nice and the balcony was a nice added touch. However, they didn’t even offer free coffee in the lobby. You could hear the springs in the bed and the couch. Nice shower.

The doors to the handicap room we had and locking access door to parking did not have any way to keep them open. Getting a person in a wheelchair through the doors was very difficult...so much so that we did not stay our last night. Also, sidewalk is poorly maintained and bumping from crack to crack threatened to toss person from wheelchair. Definitely will not stay here again.

El staff fue muy diligente y amable. No se si era el gerente pero un caballero de mas o menos 60 a 65 años me trató con el mejor profesionalismo qué se puede recibir de un asociado. El local, el cuarto el lobby y areas del hotel estan muy bien presentadas. Para mi, 6 de 5 estrellas Mu esposa dijo que volvería y eso es mucho decir.

The hotel was ok but when making my reservation, I noticed that a wheelchair accessible room, for the five nights I would be there would cost an additional $400 and that is terrible. I was not going to pay extra for being wheelchair dependent for something that was never my fault. The room size was TOTALLY the same but this hotel, unlike others I’ve stayed in, wants to charge more for that, for no reason. It’s just bad. When I checked in, no one offered to change my room type to a roll in shower without charging me more. Thankfully it was barely enough room for me to safely take a shower each day and night using my own shower chair, which I brought with me. I’m not sure I would ever stay here again being that their policies are to charge more to people needing ADA accessible bathrooms. I didn’t know that was even legal.

I really hope you change the name of the 2 of your hotels in this area. Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon/Reston & Courtyard Dulles Airport Herndon !!!??? Too easy to get mixed up…I accidentally went to the other one and had to take Uber to go to the right one. I heard many guests get it confused, so NOW is the time to change it!!! Or put a note when we make a reservation or front desk should tell guests when they call to ask a shuttle. PLEASE make a change!
