"We had reservations for a handicapped-accessible room. The clerk at check-in couldn't answer any of our questions about the room. The beds were a little high for someone in a wheelchair. The shower was great for her. And there was a case of cookies on the counter at check-in but the clerk never mentioned them to us. I wasn't sure if they were for us (which would have really hit the spot) or if they were for sale. I know some hotels give you a cookie when you check in. Just a little awkward."

"Our stay at the Quality Inn was okay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we slept well. The owner and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our stay and the bar was permanently closed. Neither of these things was mentioned on the website when we booked, which was disappointing since we expected those amenities to be available. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the website should be updated so guests know what to expect before booking."
