Wohnung mit Ekelfaktor

Das Apartment liegt zentrumsnah und ist geräumig. Damit lassen sich die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft zusammenfassen. Die Kommunikation seitens 2ndhomes war mangelhaft - der Onlineregistrierungslink, um den Zugang zur Schlüsselbox zu erhalten, sollte 24 Std. vor Anreise kommen, tat er aber nicht. Telefonisch war die Unterkunft nicht zu erreichen, glücklicherweise wurde am Anreisetag auf meine E-Mailanfrage geantwortet. Der größte Mangel bestand in der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft: Haare und Schmutz vorheriger Gäste im Badezimmer, dazu schwarzer Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen, ein zerbrochenes Waschbecken, ein fleckiges Sofa im Wohnzimmer und dreckige Reinigungslappen in der Küche. Die Küche haben wir daher aus hygienischen Bedenken nicht genutzt, das Bad vor Benutzung desinfiziert. Wohlfühlfaktor Null. Auf eine Mängelanzeige und Rückerstattungsanfrage über Hotels.com hat 2ndhomes erst nach vier Tagen reagiert und diese abgewiesen. Diese Unterkunft ist daher keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Appartamento in buone condizioni ma il bagno sarebbe da rinnovare. Posizione buona e comoda. Con una passeggiata di 10-15 minuti si raggiungono i principali punti di interesse. Comodo e veloce il check in e il check out. Ottimo wi-ci.

Asiallinen ja toimiva lyhyeen vierailuun Helsingis

Majoitus oli meille oikein sopiva, osallistuimme kolmen päivän TUL:n liittojuhlille, sijainti erinomainen, palvelu toimistolta hyvä ja neljän aikuisen naisen olo huoneistossa sujui hyvin! Huom! Alaovi hankala avata, siis ulko-ovi.

Only if you really have to.....

The condition of this apartment was a real disappointment. The bed was not in good shape & felt broken, the duvets covers were left on the bed & the duvets eventually found in a cupboard (very DIY), there was only one curtain on the window giving no privacy & letting light in from the well lite courtyard, a table lamp’s bulb had blown & not been replaced, the drain in the bathroom stank, & finally the apartment guidebook wasn’t even for that apartment.... what a complete shambles. In short I would not recommend this apartment because of its condition, however it’s location is good being close to central Helsinki.
