The house has a total of six beds, spread over three bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as underfloor heating. The large, open kitchen / living area for family life forms the center of the house and a cozy oasis for common activities. Outside there is a large wooden terrace for Sonnenage and barbecues. The property is mostly overgrown with lawn, there are also a few larger trees and a protective hedge for privacy. The house is within walking distance to the beach and in a quiet holiday home area. No rental to youth groups desired!
