Dear Guest, first of all we would like to say thank you for taking the time and sharing your detailed feedback with us. It is nice to know that you enjoyed the fantastic location of our hotel and could explore the breathtaking old town, river and castle within walking distance. We are also glad to read that you liked the décor and style of the hotel as well as the very clean and spacious suite. We always try to be the best host and provide the best service. Furthermore we are proud to guide our guests through our special hotel and escort them to their suite or to another place of the hotel. If we could not meet our standard and your expectations during your stay we are really sorry about that. We have forward your feedback to our staff already to improve and train our team. We are afraid that the breakfast, the private spa and the location of hot tub did not meet your expectations. Our breakfast is served on the table and it has various items in high quality to explore and our staff is always helpful and would not refuse if somebody request anything special. The private spa has a sauna and a sanarium as well as sanitary facilities. It can be booked for relaxation for 2 persons. Usually our guests enjoy the privacy and intimate time. Our hot tub can be used upon request. Our team is happy to uncover the hot tub and place towels as well as drinks upon request. We hope that you enjoyed your stay and the beautiful city of Heidelberg and we can get a chance to welcome you again with us to show you our improvements.
