"This is a hidden gem that I literally stumbled upon. This area is famous for agriculture so the food was sourced locally and amazing. The staff is international so even if you don't speak much Japanese you will be fine. It is peaceful and fun to walk around the area. We even met a young tomato and melon farmer who showed us his greenhouse. It was like staying in a ancient Japanese palace in a very local village. "Great value, the hotel and amenities were clean and looked after. The breakfast buffet is very generous. The Onsen was very nice with a lovely ocean view especially at night. My only criticism is it was noisy there with loud people shouting and kids running up and down the hallway and some ill mannered guests talking loudly in the hallway instead of in their rooms. I put that on the guests not taking anyone into consideration though. The people talking loudly for over an hour soon stopped after I stepped out of my room and glared at them until they left."
